Dining in the Flying Horse community consists of a few different places to eat within the Flying Horse Club. There are three different places to choose from, they are: The Tack Room, The Athletic Club and Grill, and The Steakhouse. The Tack Room offers more of a casual environment for members and a great place to host happy-hour events. The Steakhouse is a more upscale dining experience and offers delicious grass-fed steaks and a host of amazing homemade desserts for everyone to enjoy. The Steakhouse is not just a great place for dinner, but it also serves breakfast and lunch Monday through Saturday, with a delightful brunch served on Sundays. 

If the dining options offered at the Flying Horse Club aren’t enough, the Powers Corridor offers a plethora of chain restaurant dining. Some of the best places to eat near this area are: Red Robin, Old Chicago, Texas Roadhouse, Chili’s, On the Border, Tucano’s, 3 Margaritas, Chipotle, Panera, Olive Garden, Bubba’s 33, etc. 

Flying Horse is at a slightly lower elevation than its close neighbors, Briargate and Monument. The city of Colorado Springs sits at about 6,035 feet and is considered to be a semi-arid climate.
