The Widefield School District #3 serves the Fountain Valley Ranch neighborhood with public education opportunities. The district is comprised of 3 high schools, 3 junior high schools and 9 elementary schools. According to Greatschools.org, Martin Luther King Jr Elementary School was given an outstanding 9/10 rating, Sproul Junior High School and Widefield Elementary School were rated 7/10, Webster Elementary School was given a 6/10 rating, Talbott STEAM Innovation School, Pinello Elementary School, Watson Junior High School, Sunrise Elementary School and French Elementary School were all given an average rating of 5/10, Venetucci Elementary School, Widefield High School and Mesa Ridge High School were all given a slightly below average of 4/10 and Discovery High School came in with a mere 1/10 rating. Overall, the schools in Widefield School District #3 are good schools. There is also a private boarding school, Fountain Valley School, that is located on a 1,100-acre campus.
